        These apartments are nasty and badly infested. Not suitable for children. Don't waste your money don't move here you will thank me later !!

        They werent going to send me my security deposit so after 4 months i ask can they just send it to the Sunset Pointe office. Once finally arrives after giving me a hard time about it, it was only 30$ when they gave me that apartment in horrible shape. The first day I got A tour of it there was even a lizard in the toilet! It is even a hassle trying to reach management let alone corporate!

        Management in this property doesn't care to keep up with necessary maintenance problems. The pool is always dirty and not safe to swim in. The grounds are infested with roaches and black widow spiders. These are just a few of the many issues in this apartment complex.
