Not environmentally friendly what so ever. They rather go to Mars to keep from assisting thier residents, customers and They go out of their way to trap a contractor and home owner for a potential violation instead of just charging a normal rate for a permit. Disappointing lack of customer service or care. They hide behind thier requirements yet are not sure to cover everything when communicating what they require.

Well I must say that I am disappointed with the way the building inspectors handled a few apartments that called upon them for help because the owner didn't do anything about the issues. Once the owner was notified about the problems, he then went ahead and retaliated and all the units who complained. And he already that if he told the building inspectors that each unit was getting evicted of course the building inspectors did nothing after. Which is a shame because in a little while after the owner paints and patches everything to make it look good it still doesn't take away the fact that these apartments are filled with mold. They are a hazard to anyone who decides to rent there. He moved a family in without letting them know about the problems that were at hand. How is that you reach out for help to the building inspectors expecting them to actually do something. Possibly condemn the building. But they didn't to me it didn't look like they knew to much.. It's a shame and it's sad that Slumlords like this are around and they are steady collecting rent. When they are supose to fix things they don't. They lie and send in fake pictures to the Inspector showing that they fixed the unit. The building inspectors take his word and they are never to be seen again. The Judicial System because they often take the word of a Slumlord. And when they can lie to a Judge they pretty much can lie to anybody. They are con artist. Paper bags in walls as insulation, card board holding a vent in the ceiling. Walls soft, major structure problems yet no one does anything. They say if you need help call this person, they will help. Yet no one is helping. No one cares about humanity as a whole. It's time that people stand up for what they believe in and stop letting these businesses take advantage of a situation. Who else can a person turn to if their landlord is not doing right. Wake up if it's being down in these buildings then I'm pretty sure it's being done all over.. 616 and 620 E. VIRGINA Way.
