Watch out for Alejandro. I've raised 5 children successfully, and his callous attitude will make the process harder in you if you ever have a case opened by this worker. I called cws and needed help stopping my X from abusing my sun and stepdaughter. Alejandro tried ending the case as fast as possible and had an obvious crush on my X. He even asked me to "forgive her".
Who would try and argue with a child welfare officer? Especially if they can take you child from you? No one right? Well this worker will make things harder on you, He threatened me, and dismissed all of my concerns because my X "didn't want him in her life". Yeah, uhhhhhh...
Very stressful experience. Should have gone allot easier. So watch out for him.
Anyway the supervisor at cws was very knowledgeable and seemed well.... like a human being. So I'll give them 2 stars.
