The entire staff has been fabulous! I have bought and sold multiple houses through the years and have always been treated like family during the entire process! Im now using the rental side of things and they are also fabulous! They are the best, forget the rest, lol!

Ann Marie Chapin Hammond and her team at Coldwell Banker Home Source has made this whole process extremely easy. The stress that I hear about when people sell their homes made me feel a bit overwhelmed but Ann Marie took all that stress off my shoulders and did all the hard work. She was current with updates, offered to go the extra mile to make things easy for my family and I. I know where ever I may move to next I will reach out to her for further assistance. She helped me buy my home in 2012 and her we are 11 years later the experience proved to be even better. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your help.
