One of your Highway patrol was illegally searching check in the license plates Heavy truck he passed by he checked all of their license plates that is illegal I do not give him the permission to check my license plate I haven't done anything legal I did not give Him permission.

I would not recommend trusting the officers at this Barstow, CHP office. There is no integrity, they are rude, disrespectful, reflect misconduct, display abuse of power writing false citations, and also add untruthful things to the citation simply because you ask them questions if its valid. They get angry and retaliate by adding more fake violations on the citation that is already dishonest due to the fact that they pulled me over, and didnt even know the speed I was going. They reflect defiance and challenging to the community thus that is not productive. I called that CHP office and reported the incident with the aggressive attitude officer and complained to the Lieutenant about the his misconduct and dangerous provocative behavior (I submitted a formal complaint, because enough is enough). That is not protect and serve the community. A police reform has been clearly under the microscope, and the community expectation, not only to improve their law enforcement substandard past practices, bias misconduct, but also to avoid anymore incidents, and to improve their relationships with the community.
