If I could give this place a zero I would 5 1/2 years ago we were new in Barstow our dog named chewy was injured at the time we had no idea how all we know he got out of our yard and we came home he was sitting by the fence in the driveway so we let him back in my son and daughter picked him up and he was bleeding we called their office made an appointment oh they saw him alright they wanted to charge 1,800.00 they said for surgery to close up two round wounds and we asked if we could pay in payments because we were students and we were going to pay the next week when we received our financial aide from school and the vet said no she wanted up front and my son told her I will sign a promissory note and I am going to pay you Chewy is a member of our family and the vet said no so she sold my son antibiotics for chewy and my son paid for the office visit and the antibiotics but chewy only lasted a couple of days because of the opened wounds that she didnt want to stitch up and we were going to go back and pay her for helping Chewy he died and we had to watch him suffer and all because she didnt want to have a little faith that we were going to pay her so no I would not go to a Vet that cares only about money I realize the Vets need to be paid and yes maybe some people do or have not paid her but that was not the case so now I see this clinic is closed I wonder why

Thank God!!!!..for Dr Bell & her compassionate staff at ABC Animal Hospital in Barstow!! We've been dealing with one emergency after another, due to the morons & incompetence, ( that mask as professionals)...I unfortunately & unknowingly subjected my babies to. I have 5 that are rescues with horrible scars from their past & have specific individual need's. At ABC, regardless of how challenging my furkid's can be, they go above and beyond to help them & us, not to mention always welcoming & with a smile! This family is so greatful for how positively, you all care for our pet's, so we trust no one else in this town & trust me...for good reason! Even our Queen Sheeba loves you all & that's huge for a dog so insecure .It means the world knowing ,you have all gone through our journey with Sheeba from moment ONE.Especially Patrick who Sheeba is in love with. Thank You all for being LITTERALLY, the ONLY PROFESSIONAL & COMPASSIONATE VETERINARIAN IN BARSTOW.! Sincerely, the Viel & Brockington family.
