Your response makes no sense. 1) the strip on my shower was siliconed to the bottom and a cleaner ripped it away and I had to re-silicone it. So you are wrong. 2) so you forgot to reply, I could have worked with that. I was surprised that you did not show up cause you did not contact me. I was not upset, just confused and you excuses did not make sense. 3) you canceled my service because you made a mistake and did not explain well. So not sure what your point is and I am just letting others know how you treated this customer. Thanks.

This is a family-owned business. They are thorough. Im very pleased with the result. My house is wall-to-wall clean and smells so fresh.. I would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact, I asked them to leave some business cards.

Miguel and his wife Claudia have been cleaning our home for a couple of months now and all I can say is they are great! They are the nicest people around, very honest and thorough in their cleaning. Super professional and always in uniform and I even trust them so much that if I'm not home, I hide the house key somewhere and can always trust that I will come home to a very clean home. I always get text notifications the day before they arrive. Their prices are reasonable and they always come over with a great attitude. Miguel and Claudia are the best. I first hired them to clean an apartment I rented when I was visiting the area for 8 months  in 2017. I had signed a lease without seeing the place and it was filthy. I had also just had major surgery so doing a deep cleaning of a gross apartment was not in the cards for me. A local friend recommended them. I was so glad! They made short work of my disgusting studio and turned it into a livable space.  I had them come every couple weeks over those 8 months and they truly rescued my visit. I came back to Berkeley this summer for two months (to a much nicer space!) and asked them if they could come help me keep it up too. Their work is excellent; their prices are fair (I have no idea why others might say otherwise) and they are really terrific people to work with.  Highest recommendation!
