So...I'm giving 2 stars because the front office ladies, hygienist, and dentist was nice. First time at this office, everything started out great even though I was in pain. Long story short had to get a tooth extracted which hurt like hell even though he kept numbing me. While sewing the space where my tooth was up he ended up cutting my tongue and sewing a piece of it. When I went back he cut the the thread from my tongue but the laceration hurts and looks horrible. Not going to lie but I'm scared to go back.

They had me waiting for 4 hours to get seen. My appointment was at 10 am but wasnt seen until 2pm. Then the hygienist got frustrated with me somehow and refused to complete my cleaning and told me I can no long go to that office. No explaination. No nothing. I was told I did it to myself.

Horrible place, Dr takes a quick glance and says everything looks good but theres cavities and things get worse and you get a bigger bill because now more things are needed.

One of the worst experiences at a dentist. The lady (Adriana) at front desk is condescending, and not professional at all. I was told that the procedure that I needed would be covered under my insurance so I agreed to have it done. Then a short time after I received a bill in the mail saying I owed. I called on it and Adriana said it was a clerical error on her part, not surprising and she said she'd give me a call back. Not surprised again I never received a call. I called my insurance and they said they never received the resubmitted claim that Adriana said she submitted. This process went back and forth for a year now without a resolution. I finally decided to just pay the balance but it seems a bit unfair considering I made sure the procedure was covered multiple times and I was charged unfairly at the end. My advice, avoid this place. Worst customer service I have ever received!
