This has been the 3rd or 4th time I've used Mary to refinance a property in the last 20+ years. During that time, she has changed companies and I have tracked her down to her new company each time because she always gives me wise advice. On one of my refinance attempts, she told me it didn't make sense $$-wise for me to refinance at that time. Each time, she has found me good rates that don't have a lot of hidden fees, points and a much higher APR. Mary is one of the good ones that actually looks out for your best interests.
