Right Solution Plumbing

I agree 1000% w/Rob H's 08/25/20 review!! I would have given Right Solution Plumbing a negative -1000 star rating, but I can't do anything less than 1 star!! Long story short - about a month ago they came out to give me a FREE estimate, they offer. The rep arrived & began looking things over & then he made a ph call & I hear something about $1800. After not being able to tell me why there was water on the garage floor or why the water heater needed to be replaced - he gives me a lump sum estimate of $3060.00 (ARE YOU KIDDING ME) for the following things: Install 40 gal. premium Bradford Water Heater, install new Hot/Cold supply lines, T&P valve, gas valve, sediment trap & gas supply line. All typed out WITHOUT A BREAKDOWN OF COSTS (i.e. individual items costs & labor costs per hr). So I requested a DETAILED BREAKDOWN of all costs, individually, along with the labor costs & hrs. I NEVER RECV'D THE REQUESTED DETAILED, BREAKDOWN estimate!! I had my other house water heater replaced, just 2yrs prior, and it WAS NOT even HALF that price. It should be noted, that I was also supposed to get a 10% SENIOR DISCOUNT, which was not on the estimate either. HERE'S THE REAL RACKET/SCAM!! Not only does RSP EXTREMELY INFLATE ALL of their prices for everything, but there's still more. The rep then tells me he CAN NOT do any of the work on the estimate, until their PARTNER (my term) comes to look at the "water damage". Their SCAM PARTNER is ALL AMERICAN RESTORATION (AAR). These people will work directly with your Homeowner Ins to cover the "water damage" repairs, "so you won't have to PAY anything more". However, will NEVER know how much AAR charges your Homeowners Ins!! You'll only know something when your Homeowners Ins RENEWS & GOES SKYROCKETING UP & UP, AS A RESULT OF THESE REPAIRS!!! The SADDEST thing about all of this is that they BOTH (RSP & AAR) are ABSOLUTELY RIPPING people off, especially SENIOR CITIZENS - how pathetically sad is that!!! BEWARE, BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!
