Restoration 1 of Beaumont

Restoration 1 performed the restoration of my kitchen after water damage. From the onset, I instantly felt safe to go with Ron and team to do the work. I was not disappointed. I had been tainted by so many contractors not showing up and doing mediocre work, but this team did the repairs immediately, showed up on time and did great and thorough work. Ron was responsive to my many inquiries and even went above and beyond on responding to a sub contractor that wasn't as clean as our expectations. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Ron and team were fantastic. I unfortunately had a second floor water leak that ended up being fairly extensive. It leaked through the ceiling and walls downstairs into the kitchen. Coming recommended from others, I used their restoration services to remove wet and soggy drywall, inspect for mold, ventilate and dry out the affected areas, as well as the complete overhaul and rebuilding and drywal of the area. The team was so quick to come assess and get right to work. They stuck to the timeline they outlined and the price was more than fair for for the outcome of the project. After seeing about a 12 foot by 6 foot section of ceiling and part of the wall removed, I couldnt believe when it was done and you would never have known the extent of the damage prior. Ron even found the matching ceiling and wall paints so it blended perfectly. Big thank you to Ron and his team for making a stressful situation smooth and manageable.
