We had an unexpected and overwhelming clean-up situation and I'm glad I called PureOne. They arrived promptly to give us an estimate, and even gave us multiple estimates incorporating a range of possible services to show us our many options in detail. Chan and his clean-up team were punctual, professional, and efficient. They also understood that this was a stressful situation and put us at ease with friendly interactions, which made a difficult day a lot easier. Overall the PureOne team worked diligently to provide a necessary, significant service within our budget and time constraints. I would recommend them to others, and if we ever need similar services again, they're who we'll call.
