Quality Inn & Suites Bell Gardens-Los Angeles

I would not recommend anyone to stay here. This place is filthy dirty and disgusting. Staff do their best to clean but its beyond their hands. Carpet needs to be replaced ASAP. Rooms smell badly. I even saw roaches in the hallway. Safety: Elevator was not working.

This place should not have permission to operate...it is dirty, dilapidated, in decay and without maintenance

The staff was friendly, but theres plexiglass at the counter and I had a hard time hearing what they were saying. The elevator only worked part of the time. The stairs were carpeted and desperately needs replacing. The carpet in the hallway needs to be burned and replaced. I was very worried about staying here, but thats where my job landed me and I was stuck for the night. The HUGE upside, when I opened my door to my room, it was like a different hotel. 90% of the room had been remodeled, except for the end table, dining table and chairs. The value was great for the location. I would stay again so long as I could have the same room and didnt have to go outside lol.

For business, in-useable internet. Clean rooms. Nice service. But could not do any work.
