I recently scheduled a move with All Service Moving. I have moved many, many times but for MY biggest move I decided to hire professional movers. I am SO VERY happy I did. I was impressed with the All Service Moving team from my first interaction. The woman (I am sorry I do not recall her name) I spoke with on the phone to schedule my move was friendly and very helpful. She patiently explained the process and answered all my questions. Right on time the morning of the move, Daniel, Ricco and Jesse arrived ready to begin, with friendly smiles and positive attitudes. After a quick tour showing them all the items to be moved, they immediately began wrapping furniture, moving boxes and loading their truck. They were quick but careful. I was exhausted from staying up all night trying to pack and organize things for the move (4 generations plus two catstoo much stuff). They were very considerate; the last thing they loaded on the truck was the chair I was sitting on, and it was the first thing they unloaded when we arrived at the new location. I really appreciate the time they took to ensure we were happy with the placement of our large furniture at our new location. This was a temporary move, so I will be contacting All Service Moving to schedule my next move.

Jesse and Camilo did a great job on our 1 bedroom + office / 2 bathroom move. They had a great attitude, moved with speed and efficiency, and were generally considerate in terms of preventing damage to items and the locations we were moving in and out of. We had one serving bowl that was broken and some scratches to the tops of media consoles / dressers due to boxes being placed on top of them. Deducted one star as the claims process is frustrating.

Received a text, then phone call from Nelson. He confirmed our moving date/ time and inquired if we had other concerns, like we had a piano etc. He assured us that the movers will be very careful in handling our piano, furniture and other stuff. True enough, we were so impressed with the team he sent. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable when it came to handling the piano. They wrapped the piano with the blanket and plastics etc. They were very professional. They knew what to do and followed our instructions especially on our fragile boxes and TV. Nothing was damaged. Overall, they were efficient and made the moving process go on smoothly. It was indeed a relief once everything was moved to our next unit. Kudos to these team, Jesse, Max and Thor for their excellent service, friendliness, and most of all, for being great movers. Thank you to everyone from "All Service Moving."
