        After being a loyal customer for years I feel like theyve just decided to take advantage and provide poor customer service. I called to inquire why my insurance was going up and was told everyone in California is paying more. I didnt ask about California, I asked about my account. On my way to cancel my policy. They have a lady who cant speak English who talks to you on speaker lol very rude. And Gio might catch these hands.

        Most helpful people ive dealt with. Edit: been with them few years now and it hasnt changed they are still just as helpful and anything ive needed theyve been right on top of beginning to end definitely recommend.
