Im a big fan of these apartments, big value for the square footage, great area. complex is surrounding by woody natures, with birds and deers every once in a while, feels like im in a Bambie movie :D Units are mixed with some older and some renovated. 2 and 3 bedroom units with patios enclosed in back. weather is almost always cooler in summer vs general city because of closer to hills and coast. if you work from home or like bonus space, check these units out!

Great place to live. My apartment is very Spacious and reasonable with a spectacular view. The landlord is very nice and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better place to raise my family. Mike..

Great place to live! Beautiful view, friendly neighbors and quiet community. Manager is very responsive to  the needs of the tenants and the building.
