        This property has a perfect location and perfect staff. It is on the hill, safe area, close to freeways(280 and 101), grocery stores, restaurants and etc. Even though they recently took over, Nico the property manager was extremely knowledgeable about the property, was patient with us touring multiple units. He also made sure that our application process was as smooth as possible. Very impressed.

        Moved in a week ago and so far the experience is very nice. Only noise from neighbors is from the hallways from time to time. Visited right after the new management took over so the system wasn't up and running yet, but Nico took the time to help us get approved and moved in within our window we needed. Also had a couple maintenance requests after doing our move in evaluation and Luis was on top of the repairs the next morning. Really happy with our move here so far!
