Working with Mario has been amazing. I was nervous in the beginning because I had never worked with a business attorney before, but this experience was flawless and so easy! Mario is truly very kind, sincere and goes out of his way to make sure everything gets done correctly. He also offered to explain everything I needed to know rather than quick short answers and rushing through the process. He took his time to make sure I was comfortable with my understanding of the subject matter.He got everything done in a very timely manner and not once did I have to remind him of anything. I was referred by my company's legal referral network twice to Mario. Once about 5 years ago and most recently again, for two entirely separate concerns. He was so personable (answers his own emails and phone calls) and helpful both times! He was able to help resolve my issues just with the consults and without even going into further litigation. My friends highly recommended me Mario Fausto for a business lawyer when I set up my own business in USA. When I first contacted him, I felt that he is a very sincere person and have a lot of experience with international entrepreneurs. He spent quite amount of time for our first meeting. Surprisingly, he was also very knowledgeable on high technology. I had only 10 days left for my legal issues to be resolved, he helped me a lot to meet the deadline. Especially, I was able to talk to him my immigration concerns, and I think that makes him unique in this area. My issue worked out very well within a couple of month. It was very quick, compared to my friend a year. I am so happy for it. His consulting and experience saved me a lot of time and money. I will definitely consult with him for any patent matters as a next move. I am looking forward to working with Mario for other projects in 2017.
