        Any customer would expect complete information on the additional charges that is to be paid when extending a reservation. Because of the incomplete information provided at the Belmont service centre I ended up paying extra $35 for a day on my existing reservation. Had I made a new booking, I would have saved this amount. It's better to do everything online with budget, as representatives often don't give a clear picture of the extra charges in case of a modification.

        Great service and very friendly. Practicing great social distancing protocols and rented us a nice SUV for the weekend. Much better and easier than going to SFO to get a rental

        Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Booked a car online which they apparently didnt have, nor anything in the class or any other car for a similar price. The only answer I got was not my problem, call customer service. Never got a car.
