I called a couple of carpet cleaning business trying to find a good but honest price and I seem to always be getting the run around, until I spoke to Luis. He explained everything to me in details about how much it would be per square feet and what kind of chemical they use etc. I scheduled an appointment and he did an AMAZING job!! Usually Im never satisfy after I get my carpet clean but this time I think I found the right person and company. Will definitely use them from now on and sending all of my friends and family. Thank you again for your honest and professional work!

We have an 8 year old daughter and pets, so you can imagine how dirty the carpets get! After reading several good reviews for B & G Chem Dry, I decided to give them a call. From the outset I was impressed. The owner was prompt to respond, friendly, and very straightforward and honest about policies, procedures, and pricing. They showed up on time and were very friendly and efficient. I was quite impressed by how carefully and conscientiously they handled our furniture and other belongings. They cleaned the carpets very thoroughly and took their time doing the job right. I couldn't believe the difference in our carpets when they were done! They looked like new! I think what I love most about it was that in addition to being very clean, the carpets were so soft once they were dry. (And they dried quite quickly, another plus!) It is obvious that this team cares about doing a good job and having a happy customer. Would not hesitate to call them again!
