Moser Carpet Repairs

Excellent work by Steven V'onGow to repair an 8 diameter spot of melted carpet (don't put your hot pan on the carpet ). Job was complicated by having to undo a repair attempted by another company who could not handle the job. Steven was able match the complex Berber-like pattern perfectly and left the carpet looking brand-new. There was nothing for the landlord to see as the result was so good it was as though the damage never occurred. If you need a carpet repair, don't hesitate to use Moser; it is not something just anyone can do; they are the experts and their communication and customer service were excellent.

They were great! I had a terrible bleach mark on my carpet. It was about 6 Dia. Fortunately I had an extra roll of carpet so they were able to patch the area where the bleach mark was. They did a fantastic job. You would never know it was a patch. The carpet looks new! They were also able to match the color where there was a mark from a tiny drop of bleach. I am really happy with the results and would highly recommend them. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. I am really happy I went with Moser.

Love the level of care this small business provides!! Went above and beyond to help us with our carpet issues. Took time to explain the damage that was done unfortunately, what caused it, and how to prevent it in the future. Will definitely use their services again!! Also did work that another company said they didnt have the specialized machine for and did a really good job (indention removal).

We had six cats and our carpet got destroyed by them so we hired moser carpet repairs. They did an amazing job! We lived in Oakdale and they drove all the way here from Bay Area!
