Challenge School

Wonderful school and they organize a lot of activities and performances and teach students not only academics but also singing and dancing. Teachers are extremely responsible and nice!

Love their culture and curriculum of Challenge School! very strong in Chinese writing, reading and math program, teachers are very caring, super safe and helpful that they also provide school bus to pick up our children after school.

My son has been going to this after school for 2 years. All the teachers are very kind, and Ms Kelly communicates with the parents frequently so that each kid can be assigned with different homework according to the individual progress. They not only offer pick-up from the local elementary schools but also generously drop off kids to other nearby (not associated) programs when the parents are too busy with their schedules.

Both of my daughters have gone to both the Challenge School pre-school and after school program since they were around 3 years old. My older one, who is now in middle school, continues to take the AP Chinese prep classes at Challenge School while my younger one continues in the after school program there. The Directors, Teacher Jenny (pre-school program) and Teacher Kelly (after school program), and their staff have created a welcoming and fun learning environment for the students. My daughters have both made good friends there that they keep in touch with outside of school. If you have a children from pre-school age to 5th grade, and need pre-school day care or after school care, please look into Challenge School.

Our kids have been attending Belmont Challenge after school program for years. Not only does the school offer a trusting and organized learning environment for the kids, the teachers are patient and friendly towards the kids. Our goal was for our kids to maintain their bilingual skills and be in a fun learning environment, and Challenge offers what we wanted and more! Under the guidance of the teachers, our kids have improved greatly in their public speaking skills (in both English and Chinese) due to the school's thoughtful curriculum in helping to develop students' public speaking skills. Most importantly, our kids thoroughly enjoyed being at Challenge and often requested to be picked up later :) Overall, we are grateful that our kids can maintain and develop their Chinese skills in a safe and friendly environment at Belmont Challenge!
