Your police officers are RACIST!!!!As I was exiting HWY 101 to get onto Ralston I passed a Belmont officer. I was turning left on Old County Road and he/she was continuing straight on Ralston until the officer seen an African American person driving a Porsche. The stoplight was red so the cop changed lanes to get behind me. He/she ran my plates (AND I'M CERTAIN OF THIS), proceeded to make a left behind me and when I missed the street I was supposed to turn on I pulled into the A1 Self Storage parking lot (1300 block of Old County) they made an illegal u-turn (no lights turned on) and drove off. As I met up with my son, he reminded me that he too was racially profiled while leaving Wendy's in Belmont several months ago and the racist cop followed him from Belmont to a residential area near Redwood Shores. I suspect it was because he was driving a Range Rover. It's probably best that stops weren't made in both instances because Belmont PD would be receiving MORE THAN JUST ONE STAR review via Yelp! Belmont PD: Train your RACIST COPS or remove them from the force. We are in the midst of a PANDEMIC, where lives are being LOST everyday and the last thing the public and community wants to "deal with" are ignorant police that can't leave their PRIVILEGE, BIASES and STUPIDNESS at the front door of their homes.

$40 for a "wheels not curbed" parking citation. Really?I get the theory behind curbing the wheels of a car on a hill, but let's be honest: ticketing like this is a pure revenue grab. Per Google, it would appear that your odds of being injured or killed by a lightning strike are probably far, far higher than your odds of being injured or killed by a car parked on a hill that has a spontaneous brake failure and doesn't have its wheels curbed. The $3.95 "internet service fee" that one must pay to deal with citations online is somewhat amusing given that the company Belmont has contracted with to run this racket has a website that doesn't even work properly. The confirmation page indicated that I didn't provide an email address for an email receipt, but I did and I received one. It also has visible bugs (see screenshot).

Corporal Chad Fischer responded to my theft situation and was very kind and professional to me.  Nothing worse than having someone take your things, especially when it involves medication and medical supplies, which mean nothing to anyone else.....Not to mention the cellphone theft, which is worse than losing your wallet....Remind everyone to check their keyfobs that the locking mechanism is functional for the car.....Painful, expensive lesson learned from someone in Belmont who took my stuff!! THANK YOUR CPL FISCHER for your assistance with my troubles....Tricia
