The program is really great! With the help of the team, I was able to let go of anxiety and fear around recognizing my voice. I was encouraged to speak up and from my heart and say what I wanted to say, rather than feel insecure, judged or like I didn't have something of value to say. This was a huge step for me and turned my life around. I had reached out to Lynn in 2018 when I was contemplating the program, and then COVID happened. It took me a few years before I signed up and Im so happy I took this step. I think differently about myself now. Don't wait! I highly encourage everyone out there who is looking to gain confidence and express their feelings openly, in social gathering or at work to take this program. I'm so happy I did!

Lynn's program is one-of-a-kind and extremely effective. If you want to learn how to make your slide decks pop or how to deftly work a joke into your presentation, look elsewhere. If you want to unwind the lifelong psychological programming that has led you to feel deeply uncomfortable in the spotlight, look no further. I'm a skeptic by nature, so I was shocked by the real and permanent shift I experienced after Lynn's program. Not only am I MUCH more comfortable speaking in front of a group, but I'm more at ease in my day-to-day life - my walls have come down and my relentless inner critic has finally let up. This was truly one of the most valuable investments I've ever made in myself, and I can't recommend it enough if you are struggling with your own fear of public speaking.

Before discovering Lynn, I found it very difficult to come across as authentic and confident in front of the camera while shooting business videos. Also, it seems most of my life, I chose to play small and be quiet in social gatherings and was more comfortable just listening and not giving my opinion or contributing to conversations. I always hid behind the camera at family and social events because it felt safer. I had no idea those things that happened to me when I was young contributed to me playing small my whole life, and with CORE Repatterning sessions, I was able to dissolve any associated emotions and triggers, so I can now play a bigger game. Lynn puts her whole heart into every session while creating an incredibly safe container where we all can genuinely connect and inspire each other - A tribe unlike any other. Shes so committed to everyone being able to speak their truth. Ive honestly never met anyone like her! Ive come out of my shell and feel excited to meet new people and confident to share my opinions, which is enormous! Im now totally comfortable in my own skin and feel free to speak my truth for the first time in my life, even on YouTube ads, which I never thought was possible! I highly recommend anyone to enroll in her life-changing program!

I cannot recommend Yes You Can Speak and its founder and leader Lynn Kirkham highly enough to everyone. I was given an important public speaking assignment at my workplace that kicked up my public speaking anxiety into high gear. I had a little over a month to prepare, and I knew I needed coaching. Thats when I began poking around at public speaking training programs. At the recommendation of an acquaintance who had taken the course before, I chose to join Yes You Can Speak, and I am incredibly grateful. As someone who has suffered bouts of panic or near panic attacks when speaking in public or in high-pressure group situations, Id already taken Toastmasters and a couple other on-line speaking classes before Yes You Can Speak. Those experiences did help with my learning the techniques of becoming a better speaker, but they did not get to the root of my public speaking anxiety. Lynns program takes a much more holistic and positive approach, empowering you to overcome your inner critic and self-doubts through positive affirmations and reinforcements so that you can speak with authenticity and heart and with openness that enables you to connect with your audience. The 4-week program is also super FUN from beginning to end, thanks to the energy and tireless commitment of Lynn and her team. It was amazing to start with a cohort of folks who also suffered jitters (and more) when they had to speak in public but by the end of the 4th class, are exuding positive energy and confidence. As other reviewers have said, the program is simply transformational. In all areas of my life, Ive seen myself connecting better with other people, at work, at home, among friends and even strangers. Amazingly, even though only four 4-hour sessions over a 4-week period (and over zoom, no less!), I found the programs message seeping into my system and leading to a shift. And, through it all, Lynn and her whole team are cheering you on every step of the way, rooting for your whole development and growth as a speaker. Yes, I got through my speaking assignment in flying colors entirely thanks to Lynn Kirkhams Yes You Can Speak. The program is, indeed, worth every penny.
