Prompt response and great service! We had an old copier at office which consistently had issues. We called Genesis Copiers; Charles came the same day and quickly diagnosed the problems and provided us several options. Everything was explained clearly and straightforwardly. We ended up taking his suggestion and bought a used copier, which was returned from a short-lease. A new copier was delivered and installed the very next day. Not only was I was impressed with the honesty and efficiency, but also with the time Charles spent to explain to our people on how the copier works and how some of common issues occur and can be avoided. Absolutely supreme service! I would strongly recommend Genesis Copiers if you look for a great and dependable service for your copiers.
