This was my first dental appointment after 6 years of not being able to get my teeth checked and this was an exceptional experience. I was greeted warmly by the front desk Ishmary and was informed about my insurance coverage details. The hygienist Lulin did my cleaning and it was amazing, she explained everything as it was happening and always asked if I was feeling any pain or discomfort. Then Doctor Jiang came for the exam and told me that my teeth were in good health. Afterwards I was checked out by the front desk and they let me know when will my next appointment would be. In my past experiences i just get a cleaning without much information and i walk away without someone helping me schedule a next appointment. Highly recommended, cant wait for my next visit.

Okay... I don't usually leave comments but I just want to share some facts that I know here, based on my experience.
TLDR: I won't recommend this practice unless you're just doing basic care, without any copayments for your treatment.
1. Don't trust the pre-treatment estimate they gave. Why? Because they charge 40% more the insurance's maximum allowed price for a single treatment code. Even if I paid their estimated out-of-pocket amount fully. Eventually i still got surprising bills saying the insurance underpaid, and I'm responsible for the rest of balance.
It's so disappointing bc my insurance had a decent coverage, but they still will overcharge after the coverage.
- Suggestion will be to always have a pre-authorization with the insurance before you make any commitment, otherwise you'll experience the same hassle as I had.
2. I saw a posting saying that People Could enter a raffle if they leave comments. So that's why you see a lot of comments here.
3. The dentist sold me a set of mouthwash after treatment when my mouth was numb for anesthesia and couldn't speak or ask any questions, without telling me the price. I felt... uncomfortable about that.
Anyway, shop around, there're so many better priced and professional practices out there.

It was suggested to remove my last molar since it was loose and no tooth above. I agreed. Two weeks later I show up for appointment and Im presented with cost analyses. Two thousand for extraction, insurance covering 1200 and Im required to pay 800 up front. WoW so being I have an appointment with periodontist following week I refuse having extraction at this time until I see what its going to cost me for what they need to do on another tooth. All is good!
