        Philip has not been competent or honest when updating trust documents that were unusable. He charges high fees and then gives a fake discount. Do yourself a favor and hire an ACTUAL attorney to complete your trust documents. His website also states that he is a licensed LEGAL DOCUMENT ASSISTANT. He is not licensed or bonded as required according to San Mateo County. Complaints are being filed for unethical and illegal conduct as he is practicing law without a license.

        My family and I put Philip through an extraordinary amount of work for my father's trust. Given that we handled things so late and were dealing with circumstances around disability and severe illness, Phil was patient and kind to us through the entire process from beginning to end, even when we needed things re-explained and updated. Highly recommend his trust preparation services, his support and patience have been invaluable to our family through a very difficult journey.
