I am a first time customer, and my house had not been professionally cleaned since march 2020 due to the covid shutdown. This company/team was on-time, asked me what I preferred, asked me directly when any questions arose since it was a new house for them, they stayed until it was done, and their work was amazing! Very friendly, easy to communicate with, and professional cleaning! Can't beat that :)
I have already rebooked for regular scheduled cleaning. Service: Standard cleaning

After they left I discovered that they had damaged one of my favorite plants. Four of the stems were broken off, and later 3 more that were bent had to be cut off. That they would do this, not tell me about it, not apologize, and accept a tip is so dishonest. And then their customer service said that they would get back to me regarding this and never did. I used Mulberrys home cleaning service and had a nice experience! There were three team members to clean my apartment and asked for a deep clean of the kitchen and bathroom. The team was friendly and efficient and did a very thorough cleaning in about 2 hours. Loved the candle and note they left at the end! It was a nice touch! Service: Deep clean
