The instructors are well seasoned and they have lots to offer. You really feel that this is a special community and there are no egos, just support for one another to be better each day.

I love this place! I tried to start training Capoeira in many places, and when I found this academy I finally did the step to become a Capoeirista. The teachers are very knowledgeable and conscious about body movement. Here I feel safe training. They teach you how to take care of your body while training Capoeira. Music classes are awesome too; not many places take the time to teach capoeira music fundamentals to beginners, and they do it. Itabor is also a very special Mestre. He teaches you how to connect with your capoeira and others thru love and respect. I encourage everyone to want to start this wonderful art to start here.

I love training with Mestre Itabora! He creates a safe and inviting atmosphere. His classes are not only a workout for the body, but the mind and soul. Each of the instructors provide a personal touch to their classes and style of teaching, but all of them emphasize safety first. If you're looking for a capoeira, jiu jitsu, or tacfit class, I recommend trying this place!
