He marked up the car so that he would make money.
Sadly, the general manager was not there on site.
Feeras also acted like other dealerships are below him and cannot beat his price
Very sad. I'm sure most of the dealership is not bad. According to other reviews, Feeras used to be honest and transparent. Sad he changed for the worse.
Avoid dealing with Feeras. The other people here are helpful.

David also spent a lot of time showing me how everything in the car worked. He knew all about the cars features and explained them in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear he wanted to make sure Id enjoy driving my new car.
Jorge was great, too. He made the leasing process easy. Usually, leasing a car involves a lot of paperwork and can be pretty confusing, but Jorge explained everything clearly and took care of all the details. This made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
In the end, getting my new car was a fantastic experience thanks to David and Jorge. Their knowledge, patience, and attention to detail really stood out. I felt like they cared about making sure I was happy and comfortable with my new car. Thanks to them, I felt welcomed into the Mercedes Benz family and left the dealership excited to drive my new car. Big thanks to David and Jorge for such a memorable experience.

As soon as we approached the dealership we could see a bunch of salespeople standing around the front desk. They pay us no mind. Then, Jorge seemingly comes out of nowhere to ask if we've been helped. I told him no and it was not a problem. He responds with, "well, you are now." He pulls up an EQS SUV, gives me the keys, and tells me I can take it for the afternoon. I wasn't even planning on test driving the thing. What a hook though?! After driving it for ten minutes I was convinced I would much rather drive this car than my Tesla Model S.
I got back to the dealership and told him what numbers would make sense to me, but that I also wasn't in a rush. He works some numbers with his sales manager and comes back with lower figures than what I asked for. It's not that I couldn't say no; it's that I didn't want to at that point.
Anyway, I picked a car from their inventory that wasn't physically in Belmont. They told me they had to grab it from storage and it would be there the next day. On Monday, I signed the paperwork and drove off in my new EQS SUV.
The whole experience was wonderful. I appreciated that Nahal, the finance manager at Autobahn, was not overly aggressive. I have definitely experienced that in other dealerships. I also valued how Jorge took the time to walk me through all of the aspects of the vehicle. The last two Mercedes vehicles I had were a 2015 GLS and 2019 E. The entire vehicle operating system and user interface has changed since then. There are so many more features in the EQS vehicles. Thankfully, I had Jorge to walk me through all of it. It was truly a five star experience.
I would highly recommend seeking Jorge out if you are even considering a Mercedes vehicle.
