The Belmont Trailer Park is made up of Families and some pets that make up a community of unique and diverse Multi Culturally involved People. Even next to the freeway, it is relatively quiet as the freeway wall buffers the noise dramatically. The Managers Office is inside the parking area at the 100 Harbor Blvd. Belmont.Ca, 94002 If you are interested in becoming a resident, (Unofficially Speaking) requires owning the Vehicle, that will be in an available space. Which in many cases would be that someone would sell you their Trailer and you would take over paying for the Space. It is difficult to figure a dollar amount as the sale of a Trailer can fluctuate depending on what the seller is asking, however the monthly rent and utilities is close but well under $1,000. Going to the Management Office and showing interest and asking to be notified if anyone is interested in selling is the best I can tell you as of right now. We are blessed to live in the best climate's in the whole Bay Area. With the occasional Coastal flooding the Belmont Trailer Park is an exceptional and unique living situation. We are near next to the Best Youth Baseball Hitting Facilities offering, Premier Instruction by Ex~Pro Players and Scouts that are Vigilant in the proper development in ability and sportsmanship and are dedicated to the Youth. Also, one of the best Burrito Taqueria's in the Bay Area, "El Metate'", the, "Mojado" Super Burrito is a Monster Burrito that tastes so good and big enough to be shared.
