    The corporate office is very protective and prefers to screen their calls from tenants who are having reasonable noise and anbuse issues with people, and the property manager/manager in Crestview Twrrace Apartments in Hayward. The despicavle behavior is causing me emotional harm and great expense. I have to move. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT RETURN CALLS...nor seem to care. At least about me and my lease is until Dec 2024. Oh Well, see you in court

    Absolute nightmare Unbelievable events in the last few months with this company ever since they took over Point Alameda Appts, Harassment and retaliation, false accusations, racial profiling, attacks to character , mental shaming ( all documented ) and many more....( In the last few months since this company took over) For years the tenants have been exposed to... Asbestos, Mold , Neglect, Thefts , "Law abiding" Resident of 14 years (rent controlled) On this building 3 Rd relocation ( 1st Mold, 2nd move Asbestos) Now living on a apt with a balcony about to collapse, we are very concerned of our well-being and safety also of our Neighbors. NOTHING has been done so far..... Here are a few photos of our luxury.

    I would rate an absolute 0 for Whitman Green Apartments if I could. After living there 6+ years Ive seen over 4 different leasing managers in their office; who all are not professional or organized. Recent issue/ experience with them is that I had a move out date with a scheduled walk through for February 10, 2024; open arrival the leasing assistant inside had no clue about it and said just leave the keys. Now here we are March 11, 2024 and I have yet to receive my security deposit, a summary of the security deposit, or spoken to anyone (except once) to help with the matter. After the legal California security deposit refund law of 21 days, I spoke with some new manager, who assured me hed send me a summary of security deposit and submit a rush order refund check to the forwarding address. Please note my forwarding address was sent to them on January 10, 2024 with my 30day notice to vacate the premise. Somehow due to the change in management they didnt have my forwarding address on file and so they just didnt do anything. It is now March 11,2024 I cant get into touch with anyone at Whitman Green Apartments, anyone from Woodmont Real Estate corporate office, or anything. I am now forced to do nothing but pursue legal action. The in professionalism at this complex is non-existent.

    This is chiefly for the Woodmont Apartments managed by this group. Wish I had more to share about my experience, but it's absolutely impossible to get a hold of anyone related to management here. 99% of your calls will go to off site management who are very nice, but have nothing to do with what actually goes on. I made an appointment to tour a unit twice and both times- nobody shows up. This happened just this past weekend when I drove nearly 45 minutes to come see the unit and was super excited, only to again be disappointed again. Not sure what it is like to live in a complex where it is literally impossible to contact anyone local. Shame because I really love the location. Its honestly baffling how outsourced and how difficult it is to talk/text/email a real human working with the actual property- I have never dealt with a complex like this. Please fix your phone number and customer service situation!

    They could care less about the residents in the communities they service. I cannot go into detail but we have had several major incidents at one of their properties, and rather than help, they chose to deny anything wrong had occurred and severed communications with me.
