I don't often review places, but Sherri and Heidi have both been so helpful to me with my amateur sewing adventures. They have helped me keep my old Bernina machine in great shape and have been generous along the way. They sell great products and give great advice. I feel lucky to have such a great seeing machine store in the area.

My go-to sewing shop! I'm so grateful I found a top-notch sewing machine dealer close to home. When my old Pfaff stopped working, Sherri helped me select a replacement machine that I love! I've enjoyed excellent service every time I drop in, and look forward to attending more classes to fine-tune my skills. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely love this place. You dont see stores with such passionate customer service anymore. They really know sewing and machinery at depth. Sheri and Heidi are extremely helpful and have even the most niche thread that you cant find from JoAnns. I much prefer supporting family businesses anyway. I have watched them grow over the years and their strong reputation is well deserved!

I found my people! So happy to have finally found where to take my sewing machines (Juki straight stitch & Bernina 1260) for service. The owner is super friendly and helpful. I learned a lot about quality threads and am pleased I can get the basics here instead of online shopping I can get the best quality thread, bobbins and needles for a variety of machines. Offers great service and value. Machine service was 7 day turn around and it was ready 4 days early. I dont know why I ever went anywhere else.
