Came in for an ear piercing walk-in and was met with some of the worst customer service l've ever received. Ear piercings are located downstairs but the entrance was closed off. Upon coming upstairs for help I was told do go back downstairs and wait. Employees were chatting in the room and actively ignoring me. The same employee from upstairs came downstairs and asked me some questions (which I couldn't hear due to loud music/conversations and the fact that I am hard of hearing). I asked her to please repeat and she yelled them at me. I immediately declined their service afterwards. It's a shame that the customer interaction was so poor that no service was even preformed. I came to this shop almost 10 years ago for another piercing and had a much better experience then. I am unsure if the management has changed, but I'm shocked at how I was treated as a returning customer.
