      image Complete flakes. I set up an appointment for a phone consult and they never called me at the scheduled time. I called to find out what happened and they told me someone in the office cancelled the appointment w/out my knowledge. I did end up talking with someone and went over all my details and that person was going to send me a link to upload tax documents but never did. I emailed to remind them to send me the link but days later still have not received any response.
