Went to the Beverly Hills store today to discuss problems with my phone. The bearded "KID" was extremely limited in his mental capacity about mobile phones and less about dealing with people in the service industry. Rude, condescending, sat down on the couch in front of the big screen television to watch it, after providing no answers. I spend thousands each year on mobile phones, internet, multiple land lines and Direct TV. I am finally done with this company. No service, no knowledge; just sell, sell, sell. AT&T is officially on my list of companies to boycott.

Poor people skills, bad customer service, employee seemed irritated to be asked general questions about my account. Whats odd is the manager and another employee were right there just ignoring the whole situation. When I asked the employee helping me to to check if they had a phone in stock, he walked over to the other employee and told him to watch me because he had to go in the back.
