They ruined a ton of my clothes that now smell permanently. I tried everything to get the smell out (even brought it back to them and they tried it again but it still smells terrible). Smell is a musty smell so AVOID THIS PLACE! I also made them redo my order since some of the stuff came back with pet hair on them??? I dont have pets and am very allergic so it definitely came from them

Worst place to take your laundry to. They charge and way too much for the work they don't even do. There have been multiple occasions that I picked up my laundry and was in a rush; few days later when I tried to wear the " laundered , clean clothes" I see spots on a shirt and broken buttons on new shirts a gave them. Mind you not, they charge me extra so that the buttons don't break. They have destroyed multiple shirts and pants. Go somewhere else but this place.
