Simply the best!!
Recently, I found myself in a last-minute scramble to arrange transportation to the airport for my large family of 17. I reached out to KLS Limousine and was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. They promptly arranged an exclusive sprinter van for us, ensuring that we could all travel together comfortably.
Our driver, Edi, was a true professional. He arrived at our doorstep 30 minutes ahead of our scheduled pick-up time, a testament to KLS Limousine's commitment to punctuality. Edi was respectful, courteous, and handled our large group with ease, making our journey to the airport smooth and stress-free.

I am not one to take the time to leave a review, but my experience with this company has been atrocious. They came highly recommended to me by so many friends, but they have inconsistency in their pricing (as my friends didn't pay the same price for the same ride) and communication, as well as random fees tacked onto the final invoice that were never discussed.
If you do move forward and book with them, please know in Paris (not sure about other cities) there is a 3 hour minimum and you're charged hourly, so a ride from the airport in peak traffic you're still going to be paying for an extra hour because... why not? So there will be a "license" fee a "gas" fee and an "admin" fee adding up to an additional $!50 on top of the $75+/hr 3 hr min.-- shouldn't this all be included if you're going to have an hourly rate and a minimum, or at least a "your base price for booking with us is $150, we'll let you know how much you owe for the actual ride later." Sound ridiculous right?
I always tip, even if it's not customary in EU countries, and when I asked the driver if tip was included on the bill, he said he'd prefer cash. Tip IS included on the bill. With a company this high profile and "exclusive" you'd think they'd do a better job of making sure their drivers reflect their "honest and professional" standard. But to their credit, they did offer to refund me the amount of the tip they charged.
Anyway, proceed with caution, and if you do use this company often and this doesn't sound familiar to you... maybe glance over your last invoice.
