I obtained the services of KMD Law approx. 6 yrs ago after suffering a very painful automobile accident. At the time of the accident, my 4 yr old child was also in the vehicle and we were in pain. I knew I needed immediate care and their firm handled my claim effortlessly for both of us. In my case, I was especially concerned with a pre-existing condition which made my concern for proper medical care crucial. Needless to say, it took some time to recover and during the entire step of the way, the firm communicated and handled my claim with interest from start to finish. I apologize for removing previous reviews at the request of KMD. Keith personally called me and apologized for the inconvenience they had caused me and offered to send me something as a sincere apology. It appeared to me that Kieth was sincere. I was not even sent a card to apologize, as Keith promised. In light of the fact that they adversely affected my case, it would have been appropriate As a result, my lawsuit has been delayed for over six months despite promises that documents would be drafted week after week. Finally, Keith emailed me to inform me they no longer wanted my case, only after I explained that I had hired a different law firm. I would like to point out that changing attorneys in a case does not look good.
The importance of reviews cannot be overstated. They assist potential clients/customers in making informed decisions regarding who they hire, where they eat, etc. Providing people with information about their personal experiences with these businesses is the responsibility of the local community. The circumstances of each case are unique. Therefore, KMD may have realized that they were in over their heads with my case, while your case may be something that they are capable of handling. Do not base your decision solely on my review. If you are considering hiring a law firm, I suggest that you do your research. That is exactly what I did following my experience with KMD. There is no doubt in my mind that I have retained the best attorney for my case.

Where do I begin. I first came across this firm back in 2015 after I was brutally ram by a tow truck. Dam truck didn't even buy me a beer!. Anyways I came across them by and Ad and well we embarked on a journey that took a long time to complete but they stuck with me every step of the way. The paralegal/ Secretary that always kept in touch with me was a lady name Vilma Duarte and she was a godsent. Anytime news popped up about my case she kept me inform every time. A meteor could have fallen in the pacific Ocean and she would inform me about it.( jk ). She always gave me reassurance that the case was moving forward and that progress was always made. I am extremely thankful that I found them and extremely happy with the work they invested in my case. God forbit I get ram by another car again but if I do!
