Sweetfin Poke Beverly Hills

I usually go to Sweetfin on 3rd Street and love that place. I just realized theres one closer to my place. Honestly, this location has shrunk the portion. I got Truffled Yuzu Albacore Poke Bowl and kinda unsatisfied with it. I felt like I only ate rice and mushrooms since its portion was so tiny. Service was not that friendly either. Everyone looked grumpy.

Delicious fresh poke bowls. Build your own bowl or choose from their set menu - you cant go wrong! The sundried tomatoes are very very sour - be forewarned :)

I always go to Sweetfin and love the food. But whats wrong with the customer service or particularly with the RUDE worker they have there? Dont know his name but he has tattoos and piercings & glasses. The communication was terrible! Everything I asked for nicely I was told NO we dont do this, we dont do that when I told him that just a day ago I had the same thing done by the different person and it was okayed. Sadly to say now you guys lost your loyal customer. Each time I pass and see him work I choose a different place to eat because of the terrible experience. Please dont fire him but maybe train him better just like you trained the other guy that works there ( hes superrr sweet and always smiles).
