Staff at the front desk was nice.. however needed a late late evening check out and would have to pay way too much more for this and there is no business center or area, had to go next door hotel to use there biz center, and so ended up checking out way early .. did not bother staying the night.. and to get to hotel no shuttle between 9am and 5pm... Had to use Lyft.. and to get to anywhere near by to eat or explore you will need a Lyft or Uber.. sorry as a Hilton member this was a let down for me.

Jackie the woman at the desk shouldnt be working if she hates her job so much. Was extremely rude and threatened to call the cops on me and have me escorted out of the building told me that they were gunna keep an eye on me and have the police at my door. I did nothing wrong here. Just judging me off my age and ethnicity and the way I look I guess. She is very miserable. Bored. And just a hater. Youd think she gets paid extra to mess with people and be that nosey and rude to people. They charged me a full night stay at the property even though I never checked in after being threatened by her. Horrible way to treat guests. Doubletrees really arent even all that. Hilton shouldnt even claim the propertys

What a different staff makes at the different double trees.
we started off and by mistake went to the one at South and it was not a very good experience the lady was rude and condescending.to mt wife.
However when we reached our correct Hotel the north we were greeted with smile and Care by our wonderful customer service agent named Diane she showed us where the handicap parking was she got us into a room quickly and was understanding of our situation because we checked in after 8:00pm. This agent Diane ,,you can really tell she loves her job she took the time to explain all the amenities of the hotel ,what was around the area for food and entertainment, she even went as far as to give us some nice warm cookies and, offered my son a chocolate milk
Thank you so much Diane you made my stay from March 29th to April 1st 2024 quite a pleasurable experience thank you again Diane and best of luck to you .
This North Bay DoubleTree is definitely big Frank approved!
Rooms: The rooms were clean and spacious beds were very comfortable TV was nice and large
