I recently had the pleasure of renting Marbella Lane's property in Long Beach, and it truly exceeded all expectations.The Penthouse was luxurious, breathtaking ocean views from inside the unit added an extra layer of serenity to our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of renting Marbella Lane's property in Hawaii, and it truly exceeded all expectations. This rare standalone villa in Hawaii is a gem in itself. The interior staging is not only impeccably new but also aesthetically pleasing, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
One of the highlights is the proximity to both the beach and trails, making it a perfect retreat for nature lovers. The breathtaking ocean views from inside the house added an extra layer of serenity to our stay.

If I could give our experience with Marbella Lane Vacation Rentals negative stars, I would. We booked a property in Arvada CO by mistake, intending to be close to Highlands Ranch CO. We realized our own mistake within minutes of the booking. VRBO Customer Support put us in touch through email with Eve from The Marbella Lane Team. I communicated to her that we were traveling from MN to CO for a funeral and had booked in Arvada by mistake, that we would like to cancel our reservation in order to be close to the location of the funeral. Eve responded stating that they had to follow their cancelation policy despite the circumstances being a funeral, and could not make exceptions,
even in these circumstances. Which would mean that we would only receive 50% of our payment back. For a mistake that we immediately recognized and were attempting to rectify! In order to not lose out on hundreds of dollars, despite their complete lack of understanding, we decided to keep the reservation. The place we stayed at was adequate enough for sleeping but everything was done cheaply. The flooring was in terrible shape. And, only hours before we were to check in, we received a text notice not to sit on the only couch in the only living room in the rental. The frame of the couch was obviously broken, and appears to have happened long before our stay. There is absolutely no way that we would ever stay in a place run by Marbella again! Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

I wish I could give Marbella Lane ZERO stars. The house we rented was filthy. Floors were dirty, stains covered the entire couch, dirty pillow cases, non working lights, mold in the refrigerator, food encrusted dirty dishes in the cabinets. You can't even speak to anyone. They only contact you through email. If you try to call their "phone" lines, it loops back to email. This is obviously a company that grabs cheap houses to rent and fails to maintain them. Then they have the audacity to give you a rule list a mile long - Don't wear outside shoes indoors - OK, then wash your floors. How about the fact that they do not disclose the listening devices in the listing or rules. In fact, I had to ask several times and still didn't get a full answer. And whatever you do, don't rent through VRBO. They will not back the renter at all. They just wash their hands of any issues. Money is more important to them. In closing, there is nothing Luxurious about Marbella Lane rentals. You will be ripped off.
