Josh is very detailed and prompt. He filled our 2021 return along with correcting and amending our 2020 tax return when we messed it up trying to do it ourselves. We received our refunds within a week, which is unheard of. I really hate doing our taxes, Josh made it much easier.

I do not recommend. Josh said he would open our S-corp without issues, it took more then 6 months, it kept getting rejected till one day I had enough and called with him on the line and the government agency asked for a document that josh had never sent. He said to the lady I have never had to send that, to which she replied I have never approved an application without it. That should have been our first red flag but it was a Referal from a good friend so we continued. Josh schedule more then 3 business calls to go over our companys documents and never called nor answered text. No notice and days to weeks later had excuses after excuses. He kept pushing the time frame to complete our 2021 taxes from august 2022, to September then November then December and January to finally finish it in February. At the start of January 2023 he send a revised hourly rate and tried billing us at the new rate to finish the 2021 year even though he took it at the old rate. He did rectify the invoice once we refused to pay it. His assistant Jen is one of the rudest person Ive ever dealt with, she is a liar who couldnt answer one question and kept saying Ill have to ask Josh about that. Like whats the point of taking a meeting if you are uneducated about the subject. I have had the 2021 year looked by an other firm and we could of saved much more money. He is sloppy, not attentive, not professional, lets you hanging and made us feel every-time we asked something like we were the most annoying bothersome people in the world. My mother is a CPA in Canada and let me just say her and our new CPA were flabbergasted by his unprofessionalism and communications. DO NOT ENTRUST THIS COMPANY WOTH YOUR TAXES AND BOOKKEEPING !!!

Josh is incredibly knowledgeable and has been fantastic for both my business and personal tax returns. I have referred him to all my friends and family and they have switched over to using him as well. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my returns!
