Have used this company for over 25 years but never again. Slow response and was charged for something I should not have been charged for. Service: A/C system maintenance

My heater has been broken for about 2 weeks and I've been hesitant to get it fixed because my business will be doing a remodel in 3 months. The technician came out and figured it was an issue with thermostat and not the HVAC unit. I was so relieved since they were able to replace it for a good price. One week later, a DIFFERENT issue came up. I told them the problem and they were able to send a technician that day to fix it no charge. I'm surprised about the few negative reviews because they have been nothing but exceptional to work with, even during COVID!I will definitely be using them for all my air conditioning/heating needs.

I have used this company for a long time but never again.  On a standard maintenance service call I was told the ac unit was at full charge and working capacity when I knew the unit was not cooling in the afternoon.  I called a few days later to state that the unit was still not working right   On the techs second visit, I was told that he had checked the unit in the morning (on the first visit) but that in the afternoon (when it was hot) the unit will show a low charge.  I was without cooling and for 4 days and received a bill for the coolant.  In his own words he stated that the unit would show a lower charge when it was hot.  I am angry because if he knew this, why would he check the unit when it was cold?  Professionals are supposed to know what they are doing and I do not feel I should have been charged for something they missed.
