Taiko Village

I just moved here and, by no fault of the owners or super, there were a few hiccups. I'm so grateful that the manager, Liz was there to help out. She and the staff were so kind, and quick as humanly possible to resolve any and all issues I had. They made the transition WAY smoother than my previous home's staff. The property is GORGEOUS. A little slice of tranquility away from the busy streets of Burbank. I'm in love with my townhome here and I can't see myself moving away anytime soon. 5 stars!

I love living here now! I see a bug change with the change of management. They are quickly answering all my questions and helping with all my maintenance requests in a timely manner. I love living here!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. I'VE LIVED IN APARTMENTS ALL OVER THE WORLD, AND HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED A WORSE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. THEY TREAT TENANTS LIKE PRISONERS. WE WERE FORCED TO ORGANIZE OURSELVES AND CONTACT THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY BEFORE THEY WOULD ACT ON SIMPLE REQUESTS. STAY AWAY!

Lived here for two years and it was impossible to get ahold of any leasing agent in the building. Their emergency number is hardly responsive. They do not seem to care for their tenants, only about the money. The date of our scheduled walk through for move out day they started before us which is illegal and unprofessional. They proceeded to charge full months rent AFTER move out and was not in automatic response to revolve the matter. I do not recommend this place, there is better out for cheaper.
