I came here to have my laptop screen repaired. The service was great and they were good about making sure they understood my problem and also made sure they had parts before they had me come in. It was really reasonably priced also. The building is adjacent to the Burbank Airport runway so you can see planes taking off and landing - that's fun for the low, low price of free!

Excellent service, excellent communication, excellent work - and super nice people. Our son's less than 1 year old Lenovo laptop blue screened just after finals (thank goodness it made it through that!) and we found Turner from the Lenovo site. Took it in on a Tuesday, got a call Wednesday with the diagnosis (SSD failure). Responsive when we asked for brand/model suggestions on a replacement which we then ordered and got to them the following Tuesday. It was ready for pick up the next day. I hope to not NEED them in the future, but I will recommend them to everyone.

I just had to post a review because these guys were fantastic! I have a Lenovo yoga and went through all kinds of tech-support people online and finally called this company to help me with a problem that I was having with my integrated camera.  First of all, Brian was so sweet on the phone... Walked me through all the possible issues and what they would do. He suggested I bring the computer in because very quickly they would be able to diagnose it. Which is exactly what happened! Yoppi Lie, the service manager met me upfront (he knew I was coming) and he literally fixed it in less than five minutes. He knew exactly what to do and showed me the fix so I feel confident if it were to happen again I would know how to deal with it on my own. And they didn't even charge me! Highly recommend them!!
