        They dont even pick up the phone and their debit cards are made of rice-paper with comic sans ms font. Yup, were heading out of this mess pronto.

        I was originally customer of Pasadena brunch and have amazing customer service so far! But unfortunately I can not say same things for Burbank location today I quick stop and ask about my car loan payoff amount and some other information, first person who does check in I believe her name was Tiffany and she was not welcome at all and she forwarded to me teller which teller was ok( Not great but better then Tiffany) then she forward me back again her and I back and ask her question she was so irritated! She didnt tell me anything but Literally you can tell her voice and body language that she is super dislike her job! I would definitely recommend manager that take minute and please go through your customer service experience with Customer Thank you.
