I am a patient of Arsen I want to say how happy I am their service everyone at the office is very professional , helpful and caring of their patients, Martha is amazing helping me every time I need to make an appointment or if i have any questions about my coverage or concerns if an emergency she sees what way to reschedule. I have recommended Dr Arsen to my family and friends everyone super happy .

The previous reviews threw me off a little bit, but to my surprise Dr. Arsen, Martha, Mejdi and team were great. The clinic itself is pleasant and clean with easy street parking nearby. Everything was quick and efficient. Dr. Arsen was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He immediately spotted a root canal I had (that was also confirmed accurate by another dentist). He took the time to answer any questions I had and made me feel comfortable. I will proceed in my procedure with him. Leaving this review in case anyone reading this is on the fence.

Had a very pleasant experience with Burbank Valley Dental. Dr Arsen and Martha are very friendly and professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. They dont try to sell you services you dont need like other dentists in the area. I had a very pleasant experience. They went above and beyond and asked me questions to get me what I needed. I highly recommend Dr Arsen, he is friendly, professional, supportive and always willing to answer a lot of questions. Even with my most recent visit that involved some root canals and crowns , it was a great experience I felt comfortable and had no pain or swelling. Dr Arsen is experienced and knowledgeable.

I wouldnt recommend this dentist. I went with a broken tooth. The dentist told me I needed not only a root canal on the broken tooth, but an additional one on a *different* tooth, and a required deep cleaning. It was odd but he asked me what my job was? I let him do the root canal. He left me in the chair in the middle of the appointment without saying anything for a really long time. Didnt fully explain the process of a root canal to me. The experience was so bad I didnt go back for the rest of what was recommended. Fast forward about 7 months later and the root canal failed because a canal was missed. I had a retreatment done by a specialist at a different dentists office. They said the other tooth Burbank Valley Dental said needed a root canal was perfectly fine and that I just needed a regular cleaning covered by my insurance. So, make of that what you will.
