As a first-time homebuyer, Tressa was a wonderful resource. She gave thorough explanations throughout the process and was clear and communicative. Tressa has been a bright light and an important ally in the process of finding a home. She has kept me updated and informed every step of the way while I was explored lots of properties over the last several months. Once I finally found "the place" I wanted to set down roots Tressa went out of her way to support me in the process even after we found out that owners would only work with one particular bank. Tressa has been extraordinary even knowing we would not be able to close the loan together. I cannot have asked for a better loan partner and only know that when it comes time to do this again, she will be the first person I call upon! A class act!

My goodness where to start!
My husband and I were first time buyers and needed help with the whole funding process. We started our journey in July 2023 with Tanya Gradet and Angie Greenspan of Compass. They work with Tressa and we set up a meeting to discuss costs. She met with us on Zoom and was super thorough with her presentation. She gave multiple different options and broke all of it down for us on an excel sheet that could be updated with different numbers. After giving her all our paperwork (which was online and very easy to upload to), we found we had to save up way more for the 3% downpayment + closing costs. We had to pause on the whole process so we could save up more money and when September came around, the interest rates were so high that we had to put an indefinite pause on the whole thing because we couldnt afford ANYTHING.
Jump to December 6th. We get an email from our agents about Tressa being able to find some options to help us actually move forward with finding and funding a home. She gave us a great range of ideas and ways to save us money. Within 4 days we had found our home! The process was very fast and as the weeks went on with paperwork and escrow, Tressa continued to find ways to save us money and lower our closing costs. She was able to use credits to buy down our rates even more and found a way to get everything down into one loan instead of two (the second being a loan for the down payment).
At the very end, the escrow company she was working with had made some errors in the paperwork and Tressa found them immediately! So as not to delay the closing date, she and Tanya scrambled to personally pick up all the newly signed paperwork from us around 8pm and scan it that night so the loan would be funded that following day. Then Tanya actually drove hours the next day to physically hand over the paperwork so the whole thing would be done that day!
Tressa was always available to discuss any questions, was extremely communicative, and insanely friendly. There is NO WAY we could have done any of this without her. She was clear with every single step and emailed us little videos explaining which steps were complete and what to expect next! Her plans and ideas helped us first time buyers get a lovely home without being deep into debt like most first time buyers.
We are forever grateful to Tressa (and Brent) for all the work put in on our behalf and are amazed at just how much she cared and the lengths she would go for us!
We recommend her 100 times over and forever!

Tressa and her team worked seamlessly with out realtor, who is ALSO fantastic. Its important to have a mortgage broker who will be there for the long haul. All of our questions were answered promptly. Tressa even anticipated issues and had solutions that expedited the process. I enthusiastically recommend her and her team.
