My ceiling started leaking water so I called my landlord and he called Kevin from Premier 1 came by assessed the issue and within that same day repaired the leak. The drain pipe that ran along my ceiling had a hole, so Kevin was able to replace the pipe and made sure there weren't any other leaks. The fact that he was able to repair within that same day was amazing to me. Well worth the price!

I'm literally writing this just as my estimate appointment's time was, with my issue already fixed in literally 15 minutes :) I saw the great reviews and wanted to call a local plumber to see what was going on with my garbage disposal. I hit the reset button underneath myself, which usually can get it if it's stuck. However, that didn't work and when you hit power, it just barely hummed, like it wasn't even trying to move. No worries cause Premier 1 to the rescue all fixed.

Jay answered my call for a leak estimate and scheduled a free estimate for the same day! He arrived on time and completed the estimate efficiently and provided good information to help me make my decision. I would highly recommend using Premier 1 Plumbing for any plumbing needs and will recommend them to my HOA!

No complaints. It was reasonably priced. My mom needed a new toilet, we called them, they came out the next day. He looked at it and fixed it on the spot. Great job.

This is hands down the best plumbing service in Burbank! Not only did they come out within two hours and address my problem, they fixed it at the most affordable rate. I can't say enough about Premier 1 Plumbing with high quality plumbers and prices well below the norm for emergency plumbing.
